Working methods:  

Each client is served by one lawyer or a team of lawyers depending on the nature, volume and complexity of the legal services required. We arrange for lawyer with the appropriate experience and seniority to be assigned to the client's business.

Fees and Billing:      

Our legal fees are determined in light of the nature of the services required, the time needed for such services, the complexity of the legal issues involved, and extraordinary requests from clients. We apply hourly billing rates, fixed fees, annual retainers, or a combination of one or more of these billing methods as agreed with the client. The fees charged are those which are reasonable and satisfactory to our clients. Bills are submitted monthly, quarterly, or at the conclusion of the particular matter and include a description of the services covered by the fees.

Confidentiality:        

Confidentiality is one of the essential standards of our profession. Our firm always seeks that confidentiality duty is strictly applied.

Pro Bono work:       

Our firm has a long tradition of pro bono work for non-profit organizations and individuals. Furthermore our Managing Partner, Me. Pedro Ghannam, is the Chairman of a non-profit Lebanese active association, the Lebanese Society for the Blind and Deaf.
